Amy Fox, MD, FAAD

Dr. Fox is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from NCSSM followed by Duke University. She completed medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine and returned to North Carolina to complete residency in Dermatology at UNC Chapel Hill.

She joined the faculty at UNC Chapel Hill Department of Dermatology, and during her 11 years on faculty she served in a variety of roles including medical director and clinical lead of research and treatment of hair loss. Most of her clinical practice involves caring for adult patients with long-term dermatology conditions including a focus on skin cancer management.

She is a devoted clinician, having received numerous accolades from within UNC for excellence in patient care. She is a local and national speaker on topics ranging from clinical operations and care delivery to therapeutics for hair loss.

In her next chapter at Morgan Creek Dermatology, Dr. Fox is looking forward to bringing her love of patient care to a new home.
